砂浜からスタートする為、工場を建てるスペースは十分にありますが、砂の上に農場を建てる事は出来ない為、その配置に制約があるのが難点です。また、貨物搬送設備を作るスペースがあまりなく、本島は周囲に高い山がある為、人口浜を作るか、離れた場所にスペースを確保する必要があるのも難点ですビーチでの休暇が待っている！もちろん、最高の休暇には採鉱、重工業、工場の自動化がつきものだからだ。砂浜では農業と木材の課題が待ち受けているが、太陽の光が労働者を支えるように、豊富な原油がインフラを支えてくれる。
