WaterSoil water level is replenished by rain (even for greenhouses), but rain is not a reliable source and more advanced crops are more demanding, so having an external source of water is recommended. Irrigated farms automatically distribute water when the soil gets dry so externally suppland this is mostly sufficient for crops with low water demands (such as potatoes). However, rain is not a reliable water source and crops can yield water does not get wasted. Farm yield gets reduced if crops don'less or even dry out and die when not haveing enough water and may even completely dry out.
Farms grow crops, and crops can be used in various places but mainly to feed your peopsle. But crops don'’t grow for free, they consume water and soil fertility.
Running out of power is no jokefun and there are several ways to avoid that. The first step is to set up alerts for storages that feed boilers or dieselpower-making machines, for example, coal and water storage that feed boilers used to produce steam for generators. This way, you know that fuel iscoal or water are getting low before the power supply halts entirely.
Most of your machines and buildings have a priority assigned to them. Tare assigned a priority. The lower the number the higher the priority, is and the more likely they get power, unity, workers, maintenance, and more.
